This 5 week package incorporates the use of the latest technology and training techniques in order to achieve unparalleled weight loss results.

It will include:

The initial Consultation - This is where we get the paper work out of the way and do some basic fitness testing.  It is here that we will discuss and set out your goals. 

The use of the Ki Fit for the 5 weeks - Simply wear the Ki Fit Armband and upload the foods that you eat during the course of your day to your own personalised calorie counter in order to get accurate easy to digest information about the calories that you have burned compared to the calories you consume. 

2 Personal training sessions per week: 1 on 1 training session, that will consist of a short warm up, the main fitness programme, finished with a cool down and stretching.  These sessions will last for 1 hour.

Nutritional analysis and advice:  We will analyse your nutritional intake at the start of the course and modify it where necessary by giving you helpful ideas on how to change and improve your nutrition, along with some helpful recipes.  We will then analyse you nutritional intake at the end of the course in order to see the improvements we have made.

Fitness testing at the end of the 10 sessions in order to see progress towards the goals that were set out.

The Whole Concept

 

This package incorporates everything that is needed in order to gain total well being by designing and implementing a fitness program that is completely tailored to your individual needs in order to gain the most out of your training.
