Train Away Diabetes
A new study has found that improving your diet and and regular exercise could prevent diabetes for up to a decade. The study, carried out by the Diabetes Prevention Program Research Group, showed that by having a diet that was aimed at achieveing a 7 per cent weight loss and doing half an hour of physical activity five times a week, reduced the rick of developing type 2 diabetes by 58 per cent.
